As part of the “Enhancing Social Cohesion through the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Children and Youth” project, DEEM for Development Organization recognized 31 students today, 9 September 2026, following their successful completion of the “Basics of Electrical Supply and Solar Energy” training course, conducted from 5 July to 5 August 2026, In #Aden Gov.
The recognition ceremony was attended by H.E. Naif Saleh Al-Bakri, Minister of Youth and Sports, the National Advisor of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund(GCERF), along with representatives of relevant stakeholders.
The training was implemented under the Multi-Sectoral Child Protection Services activity and aimed to equip participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills in electrical supply and solar energy, contributing to their capacity development, rehabilitation, and positive reintegration into their communities.
A significant outcome of these efforts was the endorsement of the youth training courses by H.E. the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, further strengthening the recognition and value of these capacity-building opportunities. This achievement, by the grace of God, reflects the support provided by GCERF and the efforts of DEEM for Development Organization and its partners to invest in the capacities of children and youth and create better opportunities for their future.
