Distribution of Medicines and Medical Supplies to Support Five Health Facilities in #Taiz Governorate
As part of the Maternal and Newborn Health Project, implemented by Deem for Development Organization and funded by the @UNFPAYemen , on July 1, 2025, Taiz Governorate witnessed the distribution of a shipment of medicines and medical supplies to several health facilities in five districts: Sala, Khadir, Haifan, Sharab Ar Rawnah, and At Taiziyah.
This support contributes to improving the preparedness of targeted facilities and enhancing their ability to provide better health services, especially to the most vulnerable groups. This activity represents a practical step to alleviate the burden on patients unable to afford medication and supports the provision of comprehensive medical care for mothers and newborns in particular.
This distribution is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the health system in the governorate, within a comprehensive vision to improve the quality of services and ensure their access to local communities across various districts.
