Inauguration of the Juvenile Center in #Aden after Renovation Funded by the Global Community Resilience Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund
#Aden – The inauguration of the “Juvenile Center” in #Aden took place today after the completion of renovation and rehabilitation works. The event was attended by the Deputy Governor of Aden, Abdulhakim Al-Shaabi, and the Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office, Dr. Mohammed Hamoud.
Several officials were also present at the inauguration, including the representative of #GCERF, Mr. Samer, and #Deem Organization team represented by Salim Al-Basha, Hossam Sabri, and Mazen Marwan, in addition to the Director of the Juvenile Center, Nasser Al-Maamari, and the Director of Social Defense at the Social Affairs Office in Aden, Umm Al-Khair.
The renovation was funded by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) and implemented by Deem for Development Organization, under the direct supervision of the Governor’s Office (Executive Unit for Externally Funded Projects),
This project is a significant step towards improving the conditions of juveniles in Aden, as it will provide a suitable environment for them and enhance community efforts in the field of social care.
